We want buying from Denim Depot to feel clear, reliable and easy to navigate. On this page, you will find the most important information about shipping, returns, garment care and how to get in touch with us.

Shipping & returns

We ship all orders within 3 to 4 business days. After dispatch, delivery within the EU usually takes another 3 to 4 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace link by email. If you cannot find it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder as well.

If you have any questions about your order, delivery or a return request, please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to help.

Washing & care

Although our items are carefully selected, we always recommend washing and, if needed, ironing each garment before resale. Vintage and second-hand clothing often travels a long way, and a little extra care can make a big difference in presentation and resale value.

Please note that some pieces may arrive slightly wrinkled or dusty due to transport. This is normal and easy to freshen up.

Always check the care label before washing or ironing, as instructions may vary per item.
