How is the quality of the clothing checked?
Each garment is checked manually at multiple stages for quality, authenticity and grading, first at our headquarters, again upon arrival, and once more before packing.
Our boxes mainly consist of carefully selected Grade A items, with the possibility of up to 20% Grade B/C pieces. We always aim to exclude lower grades as much as possible, but due to the nature of vintage clothing and manual quality control, an occasional small flaw, such as a minor stain or hole, may still be missed.
This is reflected in the pricing of our boxes. We also recommend washing each garment before resale to ensure it looks fresh and ready to sell.
What can I expect in a box?
Each box contains a curated mix of vintage items, selected with resale in mind. The exact contents can vary per box, but we always aim for a strong balance in category, quality and overall resale potential. Every box is put together to offer resellers stock they can genuinely work with.
Where are you based?
Denim Depot is based in the Netherlands. From here, we process and ship our orders to resellers across Europe.
How long does delivery take?
We ship all orders within 2 business days. After dispatch, delivery within the EU usually takes 2 to 4 business days.
