Each garment is manually inspected multiple times for quality, authenticity, and grading, first by our headquarter, then upon arrival, and once more before being packed.

Our boxes consist of carefully selected Grade A items, with the possibility of up to 20% Grade B/C pieces included. We do our best to exclude lower grades (such as B or C), but due to the nature of vintage clothing and the human element of our quality control, an occasional small flaw, like a minor stain or hole, may be overlooked.

This possibility is factored into the competitive pricing of our boxes. Please note: although all items have been inspected, we strongly recommend washing each garment before resale to ensure it looks fresh and presentable in your shop.

Once your order has been shipped (with DHL), you will receive a Track & Trace link by email to follow your package. Please note: this email may sometimes end up in your spam folder, so be sure to check there if you don’t see it in your inbox.

We ship all orders within 3 to 4 business days. After that, it typically takes another 3 to 4 business days for your package to arrive within the EU.

Although our items are carefully selected, we always recommend washing and, if necessary, ironing each garment before resale. The clothing is vintage/second-hand and often has a long journey behind it, a wash and a little care can do wonders for presentation and sales.

Due to transport, some pieces may arrive slightly wrinkled or dusty; this is normal in the vintage market but easy to freshen up.
